Bad Anime, Bad!! Panel

This is post is a collaboration between Alice and Myself on the Bad Anime, Bad!! panel at the AnimeNEXT Convention.

It’s been a few years since we’ve seen a Bad Anime, Bad!! panel at AnimeNEXT seeing the panel still thriving after all this time and each year continuing to come with all of the bad anime there is out in the world makes each year funnier. There are several different types of anime series some are good but, some are just bad. The panel we went to showed nothing but, bad animated series that some may have seen growing up that are recommended for children to watch at a young age but in reality children should not see. This year’s theme was Bad Retro Anime. The clips that were shown were from movies from the 1970’s during the disco era.

Overview of AnimeNEXT

This past weekend was AnimeNEXT many of you have heard of this conventions, it’s been around for well over 10 years. This is the first time we’ve been to AnimeNEXT since 2010 after the convention moved from the Meadowlands Exposition Center in Secaucus, NJ to Garden State Exhibit Center in Somerset, NJ it was a little difficult to get to being further in NJ but we made it 2 times out there before having to stop going all together. Now that the convention is settled in Atlantic City, NJ it’s easier to get to from NYC and more convenient to travel. I kept up with a few blogs that covered AnimeNEXT just to keep up with all the events happening.

Wonder Woman (2017)

Wonder Woman Trailer

Finally the Wonder Woman came out this past weekend I wrote past posts about the trailers Here that was released at SDCC and when the first rumors of the WW movie will actually go into production and that post is Here. I’ve been waiting for this movie because the past movies that DC has put out to start off the DC Universe were really bad and as a DC fangirl I really want them to take home a win and I’m happy they went all out for WW. DC did a great job with WW and I’m happy to say that if they continue down this path we might have some really good DC movies to look forward to.

Guardians of The Galaxy Vol. 2

Today Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2 hits theaters and it’s worth the ticket. Alice and I went to an advance screening of guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2 on Tuesday and we laughed the entire movie. First off if you’re looking for Baby Groot you don’t have to look far because he was the star of the show and stole every scene he was in. I tried to get into the movie’s storyline but Groot really grabs your attention the entire time, no matter how much you try to focus, Groot comes in cuteness blazing and it’s hard to ignore.

The Nintendo Switch is the most anticipated game console of 2017, after a short video released back in October. This sneak peek got a lot of us excited about this new console. The Nintendo Switch goes on sale March 3, 2017  which is a skip away as fast as this year is already going by with a starting price $299.99.

Long awaited third album from Bruno mars has finally hit stores and Bruno has never let us down and with this album he took it to the next level. I was waiting for an album after Bruno dropped his single “24k Magic” in October, I didn’t expect it to become my favorite album of the year. I’m a huge fan of Bruno’s since R&B is my favorite genre of all time and when I first listened to this album I was so blown away by how creative and fun this album is just a few songs in.
