This is the last day of AnimeNEXT and it’s really been a blast we have so much content to push out that we hope you guys think about coming out to Atlantic City for next year’s AnimeNEXT. This weekend has been a never-ending fun filled con full of cosplayers, events, and games. I’ve said this before there is so much space the elbow room is so amazing and AnimeNEXT always has something going on so finding things to do is an easy part but this year felt like there were so many choices that picking where to go will be the hardest part.
Starting tomorrow we will be participating in the 30 Day Anime Challenge we saw a post made by Jill on humble otakus opinion and we decide it would be fun to participate with her. Check out her website you will be entertained.

Reni Mimura is a Japanese born singer who’s stage name is ReniReni. After releasing her first CD in 2006 she later relocated to New York City in 2008 to pursue a career in the Western Market. ReniReni is considered to be Leader of the Moe/ Kawaii Revolution. Another acclaim to fame being her performance of Chiwawa in Ubisoft Just Dance 2016 video game.
This is the second year of the Liberty City Anime Con (LCAC) it’s in Manhattan which is convenient. This is also the first time we went there. They have 3 years already lined up in hotels around Manhattan if you want more info on that click this link Liberty City.
So let’s first talk about the location. As a New Yorker this hotel being right next to Times Square was horrible because we can’t avoid the traffic of people Times Square brings so there’s a lot of pushing involved to get there and home. The hotel was pretty nice the funny part about all this was the hotel guest that knew nothing about anime cons constantly asking cosplayers or looking at them with their crazy faces.

We attended the Sakura Matsuri Festival in Brooklyn’s Botanical Garden on April 30th I took a few pictures of some performers we saw and so many flowers. When we arrived it was so packed we’ve been going every year and this year it seems to be more and more people coming its harder to move around but its more fun with all these people that cosplay.
