Black Panther: The Album

We’ve been blessed again with another gift and that is The Black Panther Album. The album had high anticipation since it was announced that Kendrick Lamar was producing it with Anthony Tiffith. I have to say this album really did meet expectations after listening to it a few times. With the growing momentum around the Black Panther movie, I’m pretty sure there is going to be negative reactions towards this album because of the artists on the album but overall it turned out better than I expected it to. The album has great replay value and introduced me to a few new artists I’ve never heard before. Continue reading

9 Months follows Thomasina (Tommy) Biggers, a rising high school track star from a conventional Christian home whose life took a turn for the worst after making a couple of ill-advised decisions. Ultimately ending up in a abusive relationship with a 30 something year old man. Thomasina then learns that she is pregnant and is forced to kill him in the act of self defense. However her nightmare  was only just beginning.
