3 Anime Character Challenge (Tag)

GC

The three character tag challenge has been floating around the internet for a while now. And as usual, I am late to the party but don’t fret my friends. In the words of Korean American singer Jay Park, I got this.  All jokes aside, I was inspired to take a crack at it after reading Aria Cross’ own attempt. That was back in June, and I am just now getting around to it.

Challenge:  Pick three anime characters that remind you of yourself and tag people to participate.  For the sake of the post, I will elaborate on why these characters are reflective of my personality.

J-MUSIC Ensemble: Liberty City Ani. Con

The J-MUSIC Ensemble is an 8 piece band consisting of drums, keyboard, bass, guitar and a horn section with two trumpets, a trombone, and saxophone. Best described through their slogan: Jazz meets J-Pop. Which essentially, is what they do. Think-polished Jazz musicians, tackling Japanese Popular Music with the horns taking the fore front, at times standing in as substitution for the human voice. Though at times, the human voice is still included because there is nothing quite like it. Overall, bringing a new perspective to the world of Japanese Music.

Soulcial Dreamin’ Entertainment was invited to attend Liberty City Anime Convention in New York at the Marriott Marquis hotel.  The hosting space was so much bigger this year compared to last. They even extended it to another site, the Edison Ballroom, where the main events (Masquerade)  and the concerts were held. At night they hosted anime dance parties headed by Rabbit Revolution. This year the convention had plenty of panels, video games, voice actors, concerts and anime screenings. We were able to get an insider’s view of the convention while having a great time.

Case Closed: The Boy That Will Never Grow Up

Image result for Case Closed

This is the longest running anime! I believe will never end. I ‘ve waited many years for this show to end but, it hasn’t. I believe even in my final moments, this anime will somehow continue on and poor Conan will never know what being an adult feels like.

Another アナザー

Image result for another

Another is an anime based on a Manga and Novel written by Yukito Ayatsuji. This anime will screw with your head from beginning to end, trying to figure out why all of this is occurring. There is a lot of violence and gore which I do not recommend for the light-hearted. This is a good horror series. It will shock you when you least expect it. This story takes many turns and there are lots of plot twists that will leave you baffled.

The Royal Tutor (Ōshitsu Kyōshi Heine)

Image result for royal tutor anime

I recently finished watching an anime called The Royal Tutor also known as Ōshitsu Kyōshi Heine 王室教師ハイネ and it turned out to be a really good show. I enjoyed the comedy and drama in the show. The characters are funny and all of them have unique personalities. Heine is my favorite character in the show because of his child-like appearance and his grown man voice. Heine was what had me hooked onto the show. Heine reminds me a lot of Sebastian from Black Butler with his mature attitude and his sense of humor.
